A. #1 We have 4
colored belts (White, Blue, Purple, Brown) before the Black Belt.
For an average person the amount of time is 7 years. One year in
White and 2 years for each belt after that.
A. #2
We teach a system of MMA, meaning we teach both stand up fighting as
well as a ground fighting system. Our stand up is primarily Wing
Chun, Southern Shaolin, and White Lotus Boxing. Grappling on the
ground is with Shuai Chiao, Brazilian Jiujitsu, 10th Planet Jiujitsu,
and Judo all combined into one grappling curriculum
A. #3
Although we do not make tournaments mandatory we do encourage
students to compete and see how they compare to other schools. To
do this properly we compete at all levels: Locally, Nationally, and on a
World rated level. This is for both stand up fighting, Grappling,
and MMA.

That is a great question! We do not allow mat bullies to train
with us. This is however a contact sport and with that said there
always the occasional bumps and bruises that come with a contact sport. |
